The CounterPlea Forums

The CounterPlea Forums exists because we would very much like to enrich the future of the young legal minds. Here, current trials will be posted for the perusal and discussion of the forum members – whether or not they are amateur when it comes to law. The purpose of this forum is to ensure that our next generation of lawyers will be able to examine a case from all possible angles. Any angles that they do not noticed will surely be noticed by others, and this sharing of insight would most definitely be a good way to see things in many different ways – a skill that is essential to anyone who is planning to make a career out of being a lawyer.

Debates over certain laws may also be posted here, although we would have to warn everyone that the debates should remain debates and should not in any way degenerate into a flame war. We are trying to raise lawyers here, people. They use intelligence and not too much emotional fire. Lawyers choose their words carefully, lest it be turned against them. Anyone who decides to not be smart enough (at least in their arguments) to be a lawyer will have two warnings before being kicked out of the forum. Otherwise, this forum is for the benefit of aspiring lawyers.
